Due to the nature of digital products (ebooks, courses, templates), all sales are final once the product has been delivered or access has been granted. If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue or issue a refund.
For consulting and training engagements, cancellation terms are specified in your service agreement. Generally: cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled but are not refundable.
AI workflow packages are custom-built. Refunds are available only if work has not yet commenced. Once development begins, the project is governed by the terms of the service agreement.
